Service Description
Focused Bodywork 60 is a shorter in-studio session for clients who want focused hands-on bodywork without the full somatic process. This is a 75-minute appointment that includes a brief check-in, 60 minutes of customized bodywork, and a short closing moment. This session is best for one or two priority areas such as neck, shoulders, back, hips, or general tension. It is a simple way to experience the quality of the work before choosing a longer Signature session. This session is primarily bodywork-focused. For deeper nervous-system work, emotional holding patterns, or a fuller reset, choose Signature 90 or Signature 120.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy • 24-hour notice required for all cancellations and reschedules • Less than 24 hours notice: $50 fee (auto-charged to card on file) • No-shows or same-day cancellations: full session rate charged A valid card on file is required to book.
