Pricing & What’s Included
At-residence session pricing is all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees for travel, setup, or equipment. What you see is what you pay.
At-Residence Rates:

Signature 90: $350

Signature 120: $400
All equipment, linens, oils, and setup are included. Travel within 15 miles of zip code 91304 is included in the session rate.

Service Area
At-residence sessions are available within a 15-mile radius of Woodland Hills, CA 91304. Travel within this area is included in your session rate with no added charge.
For locations beyond 15 miles, a travel fee of $10 per additional mile applies and will be invoiced separately at the time of booking confirmation.
Please reach out before booking so we can confirm availability and calculate the exact travel fee for your location.

Space Requirements
To deliver a full session, the following space is needed at your location:

A clear area of approximately 7 × 5 feet for the massage table setup

Access to an electrical outlet within reach of the setup area

Flat, accessible parking within 50 feet of the entrance for equipment transport

A comfortable, climate-controlled indoor environment
The service vehicle is a full-size truck requiring a minimum overhead clearance of 7 feet. Covered parking structures below this height cannot be used. Please ensure open or high-clearance parking is available, or note this when booking.
If you have any questions about whether your space qualifies, contact us before booking. We want to make it work whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy
Mobile sessions require advance preparation and travel. Please respect the time and planning that goes into each visit.

24-hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: $50 fee

Cancellations with less than 3 hours’ notice: $100 fee
-
No-shows or door cancellations upon arrival: full session rate charged

Hygiene & Preparation
Please be freshly showered and ready to begin within a reasonable time of the practitioner’s arrival. Mobile sessions operate on a set timeline, and preparation time is included in the scheduled window.
Please avoid heavy perfumes, colognes, or heavily scented products before your session.
Ensure that the session area is clean, free of clutter, and ready for table setup upon arrival. A few minutes of preparation before the appointment time makes a significant difference.

Safety & Right to Decline Service
All Zenfinity mobile sessions are strictly therapeutic in nature. The practitioner reserves the right to end any session and leave the premises immediately if the environment or conduct is unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the therapeutic scope of practice. In such cases, the full session fee applies.
Please disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, surgeries, or medications when booking. This ensures your session can be adapted safely to your current state.
If you are feeling unwell or contagious on the day of your session, please reschedule. We appreciate your consideration.
