Service Description

Signature 90 At Residence brings the Zenfinity bodywork experience to your space. This is a 2 hour mobile appointment that includes travel, table setup, a brief somatic check-in if desired, 90 minutes of customized hands-on bodywork, and time at the end to settle before the session closes. You can keep the session quiet and bodywork-focused, or we can begin by noticing what your body is carrying that day. This may include stress, guarded breathing, emotional holding, neck and shoulder tension, low back tension, or the feeling that your nervous system has been “on” for too long. Then we move into 90 minutes of focused, intentional bodywork. This gives us enough time to work through key tension areas while still creating a full-body sense of flow, calm, and release. Your session may include deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, myofascial, sports massage, and intuitive somatic bodywork depending on what your body needs that day. Because the session happens in the comfort of your own space, the post-session stillness does not have to be interrupted by traffic or rushing back into the outside world. Many clients feel quieter, lighter, more grounded, and more at ease in their body after the session. Signature 90 At Residence is a good fit for stress relief, burnout, neck and shoulder tension, regular maintenance, emotional holding in the body, or clients who want the privacy and convenience of receiving bodywork at home.
