Who we are
Zenfinity Bodywork is a solo somatic bodywork practice owned and operated by Zorik Bedrosian, a CAMTC certified massage therapist, in Woodland Hills, California. The practice operates under ZMANTECH LLC.
These Terms of Service govern your use of zenfinitybodywork.com, our booking and member systems, and the services we provide. They work alongside our Privacy Policy, Studio Policy, and At-Residence Policy, all of which form part of this agreement.

Accepting these terms
By using this website, booking a session, purchasing a package or gift card, joining Zenfinity Circle, or creating a member account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.
Who can use this service
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. By booking, you confirm you are at least 18. Minors may be booked only by a parent or guardian, case by case, with additional consent and intake procedures.
You must provide accurate information when booking and keep your account details current.
What this work is, and what it is not
Zenfinity Bodywork provides therapeutic somatic bodywork rooted in trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and physical tension release.
This work is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical care. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric services. Nothing on this website including blog posts, the Body Quiz, and session descriptions is medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns, and never delay seeking medical care because of something you read here.
If you have a medical condition, injury, recent surgery, are pregnant, or are taking medication, consult your physician before booking.
Scope of practice
All sessions are strictly therapeutic. As stated in our Studio Policy, any request for services outside the therapeutic scope will result in immediate termination of the session and the full session fee will be charged. There are no exceptions.
We reserve the right to refuse or end a session, and to decline future bookings, for any conduct that is inappropriate, threatening, intoxicated, or unsafe for the practitioner or the space.
Health disclosure
You agree to disclose relevant health conditions, injuries, surgeries, and medications at the time of booking and to keep that information current. This allows the session to be adapted safely to your body.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you disclose. Withholding relevant health information may put you at risk, and we cannot be responsible for outcomes arising from information you did not share.
If you are unwell, feverish, or have contagious symptoms, reschedule.
Booking, cancellation and payment
Sessions are by appointment only. Our full booking rules are in the Studio Policy, and they are part of these terms. In summary:

24-hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules.

Less than 24 hours' notice: $50 fee.

No-shows and same-day cancellations: full session rate charged.

Late arrival: your session is shortened and ends at the originally scheduled time. The full rate applies.
Payment is due at or before the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Prices are listed on the site and may change; the price shown when you book is the price that applies to that booking.
Payments are processed by Wix Payments. We do not store your full card details.
Receipts are available on request, including in a form suitable for HSA/FSA reimbursement. We cannot guarantee your plan will accept them.
Packages, gift cards and Zenfinity Circle
Session packages are purchased in advance and used against future sessions. Packages are non-transferable unless we agree in writing. Any expiry period is stated at the time of purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable and redeemable only for services at Zenfinity Bodywork. They are not redeemable for cash except where California law requires it. Treat them like cash, we cannot replace lost or stolen cards.
Zenfinity Circle loyalty points, referral credits and birthday rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted or discontinued with notice. Points are forfeited if an account is closed. We may withdraw rewards obtained through fraud or abuse of the program.
Refunds
Sessions already delivered are not refundable. Unused package sessions may be refunded at our discretion, less the value of any sessions already used at the standard single-session rate. Cancellation fees are not refundable.
If we cancel a session, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund for that session.
Member accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, abusive conduct, or fraudulent activity.
Website content and intellectual property
All content on zenfinitybodywork.com text, images, video, blog posts, the Body Quiz, branding, and the Zenfinity name and logo is owned by Zenfinity Bodywork or used under license. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, republish, or use our content commercially, or use our name, logo, or session photography, without written permission.
Anything you send us reviews, testimonials, messages, quiz responses may be used to improve the practice. We will not publish your name, image, or identifiable details without your consent.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, harass anyone, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or another person's account, or impersonate anyone.
Third-party services and links
The site runs on Wix and uses third-party services described in our Privacy Policy. We may link to other websites for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Bodywork carries inherent risks, including temporary soreness, bruising, emotional release, and, rarely, aggravation of an existing condition. By booking, you accept those ordinary risks. We will always work within your consent and adapt to your feedback during a session; tell us if anything is uncomfortable.
We make no guarantee of any specific therapeutic outcome. Bodies respond differently.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Zenfinity Bodywork, ZMANTECH LLC, and Zorik Bedrosian are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.
Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Zenfinity Bodywork against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or health information you failed to disclose.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Los Angeles County, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the practice grows or as legal requirements change. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site or book sessions after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
If part of this is unenforceable
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
