For when you don’t need more pressure. You need more time. Immersive Reset is the most spacious version of the work. It is designed for long-held full-body tension, physical exhaustion, multiple areas needing attention, or times when your body needs more room to transition out of a demanding state. The session starts before I ever touch you. We begin with a guided somatic experience using movement, breath, joint mobility, and body awareness. Then you receive 120 minutes of customized therapeutic bodywork at an intentionally unhurried pace, with enough time to work through multiple areas without turning the session into a checklist. The final 20 to 30 minutes are devoted to slow, attentive work at the feet. Rather than ending abruptly, this becomes a deliberate closing phase. In my experience, many clients find this deeply grounding. This is not simply 30 more minutes of massage. It is more time, more space, and a slower transition from where you arrived to how you want to leave.
