Service Description

Signature 90 is the core Zenfinity in-studio session, blending precise bodywork, deep relaxation, and nervous-system support. This is a 2 hour appointment that includes a 15–20 minute somatic check-in, 90 minutes of customized hands-on bodywork, and time at the end to integrate before you leave. We begin by slowing down and noticing what your body is carrying that day. This may include stress, guarded breathing, emotional holding, neck and shoulder tension, low back tension, or the feeling that your nervous system has been “on” for too long. Then we move into 90 minutes of focused, intentional bodywork. This gives us enough time to work through key tension areas while still creating a full-body sense of flow, calm, and release. Your session may include deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, myofascial, sports massage, and intuitive somatic bodywork depending on what your body needs that day. As the session unfolds, tight muscles soften, the breath often deepens, and the nervous system begins to settle. Many clients leave feeling quieter, lighter, more grounded, and more connected to their body than when they arrived. Signature 90 is a good fit for stress relief, burnout, neck and shoulder tension, regular maintenance, emotional holding in the body, or focused intentional work. It is designed for clients who want more than a standard massage, but still want a clear, bodywork-centered session.
