Service Description

For when your body is tired, but you still can’t fully switch off. Sometimes you do not need to fix anything. You need help transitioning from one state into another. Signature Reset is designed for full-body tension, stress, travel fatigue, emotional overload, or those moments when your body has not caught up with everything happening around you. It can be a good fit after a long trip, before an important event, after a demanding period, or anytime you want to feel more settled and grounded in your body. The session starts before I ever touch you. We begin with a guided somatic experience using movement, breath, joint mobilization, and body awareness. As you slow down, sensations, emotions, thoughts, or memories may become more noticeable. This helps us understand where your body feels guarded, restricted, or under stress. Then you receive 90 minutes of customized therapeutic bodywork. You do not need to choose a technique. Tell me what you have been dealing with, and I build the session around your goals, comfort, what I observe, and how your body responds. Best for: full-body tension, neck, shoulder, back or hip tightness, stress, burnout, travel fatigue, physical exhaustion, difficulty winding down, or preparing your body for what comes next. 90 minutes hands-on · about 2 hours total · $250 Recommended for most clients.
