Signature Reset · At Residence

Service Description

For when your body is tired, but you still can’t fully switch off. Sometimes you do not need to fix anything. You need help transitioning from one state into another. Signature Reset at Residence is designed for full-body tension, stress, travel fatigue, emotional overload, or those moments when your body has not caught up with everything happening around you. It can be a good fit after a long trip, before an important event, after a demanding period, or anytime you want to feel more settled and grounded without leaving home. The session starts before I ever touch you. We begin with a guided somatic experience using movement, breath, joint mobilization, and body awareness. Then you receive 90 minutes of customized therapeutic bodywork built around your goals, comfort, what I observe, and how your body responds. I bring the massage table, linens, and everything needed. You provide a quiet, clear space. The reset comes to you. When we finish, you are already home. No drive, no traffic, no immediate re-entry into the outside world. Best for: full-body tension, neck, shoulder, back or hip tightness, stress, burnout, travel fatigue, physical exhaustion, difficulty winding down, or preparing your body for what comes next. 90 minutes hands-on · about 2 hours total · $350.
