If you live in Westlake Village, Brentwood, or Bel Air and prefer care at home, Zenfinity Bodywork offers at-residence appointments by request. I bring the table and the session essentials so you can focus on receiving the work.
My practice is based in the West Valley, and I plan each visit individually. These are service areas, rather than separate Zenfinity studio locations.
Start with your address and your goal
When you inquire, share your neighborhood or ZIP code, the session length you are considering, and a preferred day or time window.
It also helps to know what you want from the appointment. Focused shoulder work? A slower full-body session? Time to settle after a demanding week?
That gives us a useful starting point for both the work and the logistics. I confirm availability and the total quote before the appointment is finalized.
What makes the session personal
Every appointment is with me. I do not assign your request to a rotating list of practitioners.
We discuss your comfort, boundaries, and priorities before beginning. The session may combine slow deep bodywork, sports massage techniques, trigger point work, and gentle joint mobilization.
Optional breath awareness and guided somatic exploration offer another way to notice what you are experiencing. You can choose a straightforward massage session or include that exploration at your own pace.
The real value of staying home
The value of a session at home is what happens after the table is packed away. You can keep the quiet going, stay in your own space, and leave the next hour open.
You might have a demanding work schedule or simply prefer your own surroundings. You may already invest time in yoga, movement, or therapy and want bodywork to fit alongside those practices with less travel.
Receiving at home still benefits from a clear boundary. Tell others you will be unavailable and choose a space where you will not need to answer the door, manage work, or look after the household during the session.
Plan for access and travel
We will discuss space around the table, stairs, parking, gate access, and any building requirements before I arrive. Keep pets safely outside the treatment area.
Travel availability and the final quote depend on your address. We confirm both before the appointment is finalized.
Give the session enough room
The Signature Reset gives us room for focused attention and a fuller experience. The Immersive Reset allows even more uninterrupted time for comprehensive work. I confirm hands-on time, setup and the total quote with you when we plan the visit.
You do not need to plan a special activity afterward. Having nowhere else to go may be the part you enjoy most.
