At-Home Massage in Calabasas and Bell Canyon: Keep the Quiet Going
Updated: Oct 4

A good session should give you more than a short break from tight shoulders. It should give you time to notice how you arrived, what your body is carrying, and how you want to feel when you leave.
I bring that work to your home in Calabasas or Bell Canyon. When we finish, you can stay in the quiet you created. No drive, parking garage, or rush to become available again.

What you are receiving
I’m Zorik. We start by working together. How is your body today? What has been taking up space in your mind? What would you like to feel by the end of our time? The first part of the appointment gives us room to check in, explore movement, and use gentle joint mobilization before the longer table work begins.
If you want, we can include guided somatic exploration. Sometimes you may notice tightness, guarding, or discomfort before you have clear words for it. We can notice what is there without forcing an explanation, and I can adjust breath cues, pacing, and bodywork as the session unfolds.
Then I blend slow therapeutic massage with focused work where your body needs attention. You can tell me when pressure is too much, make a sound, stay quiet, or ask for a pause. I listen to your body and your feedback instead of running through the same routine with everyone. The aim is to create more room for physical comfort and a quieter pace.
Why bring it home?
You choose a private room or, when the weather and setting allow, a garden or patio. I bring the table and essentials. We need a stable, level surface, privacy, and room to move around the table. Your house does not need to look perfect.
Afterward, you are already where you want to be. You can change into comfortable clothes, sit with a cup of tea, take a gentle walk, or simply leave the next hour open. That unhurried transition is part of the value of an at-home session.
If your home feels busy or interrupted, the studio may be a better place to get that break. We can choose the setting that actually lets you receive.
Time to arrive, time to receive
The 90 minute hands-on session is a two-hour appointment. The 120 minute hands-on session is a two-and-a-half-hour appointment. That extra appointment time matters: we can check in, understand your intention, and begin with movement and joint mobilization before the table work. With the longer option, we also have more time to stay with several areas without rushing.
You can select your preferred date online. I review the request and confirm the appointment with you. Travel within 15 miles of Woodland Hills is included; beyond that, I confirm any additional travel charge before the booking is finalized.
Make room for the session
When it works for your body, I recommend leaving about two to three hours between a meal and our session. I find it easier to settle into bodywork when digestion is not demanding as much attention. This is an invitation, not a requirement. Eat and hydrate in the way that supports you.
Let others in the house know you will be unavailable. Pets can be nearby if they help you feel comfortable and the space stays safe and calm. For an outdoor session, we will consider shade, wind, temperature, and an indoor backup.
Keep the quiet going
If your body has been carrying the pace of your days, this is time set aside for you. Come as you are. We will talk about how you are arriving, decide together what you want from the session, and give your body room to respond.
