Which Bodywork Session Fits You? Focused, Signature or Immersive Reset
Listen to this article in Zorik’s voice.
Start with what you want to feel when you leave. That tells us more than a number of minutes.
Maybe one area needs skilled attention. Maybe you have been carrying tension in several places and want enough space to stop watching the clock. Or maybe you want an unhurried block of time that belongs entirely to you.

At Zenfinity, I offer three ways to make that space. We choose the experience first, then use the hands-on time to plan it well.
Focused Reset: one clear priority
Choose this when you have one main concern and want skilled, focused attention around it.
We might spend most of the session on your neck, shoulders and upper back, or on another area that matters more today. It can also be a comfortable first introduction to my work.
We agree on the priority rather than racing through a full-body checklist. This is a studio session.
Signature Reset: room for your whole experience
Choose this when tension lives in several places, your mind has been running, and you want room for the session to unfold.
This is the experience I most often recommend for a fuller reset. We can start with what you notice, work with your physical priorities, and adapt as your body responds.
There is space to arrive, receive and settle. You do not have to spend the appointment watching the clock.
The Signature Reset is available at my studio or at your residence by request.
Immersive Reset: a substantial pause
Choose this when you want to protect a generous block of uninterrupted time and give several priorities careful attention.
We can work comprehensively at a spacious pace. More time gives us flexibility, although it does not guarantee a bigger result.
If extended touch leaves you tired, we can choose a shorter experience. Your comfort matters more than booking the longest option.
The Immersive Reset is also available at your residence by request.
The timing, once you know what you want
The Focused Reset includes 60 minutes hands on inside a 75-minute studio appointment. The Signature Reset includes 90 minutes hands on inside a two-hour appointment. The Immersive Reset includes 120 minutes hands on inside a two-and-a-half-hour appointment.
The rest of the appointment allows for conversation and transitions. Breath awareness and guided somatic exploration are optional in the longer sessions. Every session includes clear communication, respectful draping and pressure adjusted with your feedback.
A simple way to choose
One clear priority? Start with Focused. Several areas and a fuller reset? Signature. Want a substantial pause and comprehensive work? Immersive.
If you are unsure, tell me what has been bothering you and what you would like to feel different. I can recommend a starting point without asking you to commit to a series.
My studio is in Canoga Park near Woodland Hills. At-residence availability and travel are confirmed individually.
